Typical of your quality work, Keith, this piece not only shows the connections between mindfulness practice and psychosynthesis, but suggests a way forward, the potential inherent in the bringing together of these two approaches to self-awareness. You also almost casually drop in the central key to all this work - not the attainment of something or another but the inquiry into and dissolution of whatever is blocking the already present and unencumbered consciousness.
