Touching the Earth: Befriending the Body through Mindfulness and Movement - Level II Mindfulness Weekend Retreat
The aim of this retreat is to develop your physical awareness and cultivate a deeper sense of embodiment and expression. Is it possible to allow ourselves to become less judgemental and more compassionate towards the body? In this weekend retreat of stillness and motion we will draw on the graceful, gentle movements and standing meditations of Qi Gong along with a range of meditation and mindful movement practices. Our schedule is 10:00am-4:00pm, so you will have the afternoon and evening free to relax.
